Paul F. Hotujac, Kansas City, Kansas passed away Saturday, May 20, 2017 at Providence Medical Center. He was born June 29, 1936 to Nicholas and Antonia Novogradac Hotujec. He was a builder/contractor for 45 years and was the owner of P & R Construction. Growing up on Strawberry Hill, Paul was an avid baseball player and loved bowling. His favorite hobby was rebuilding antique vehicles. Paul is survived by his wife, Gwendolyn Hotujac; brother, Nicholas Hotujac; children Cathy Dissmeyer (David); Michael Hotujac (Debra); John Hotujac (Ruth); Tom Hotujac; Toni Siefkas (Kenny) and Paul "Butch" Hotujac (Cathy); step-daughters Teresa Schumacher (Mark) and Cindy Sanders (Stephen); 16 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Paul was preceded in death by his parents Nicholas and Antonia Hotujec; brothers; Steve Hotujac and George Hotujec; sisters Anna Marie Skorija and Helen Kobe. Services will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 708 N. 4th Street, Kansas City, Kansas on Monday, June 5, 2017. Visitation 9-10 AM, followed by Mass. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church or charity of choice.
