Mildred "Babe" Rogers, 83, of Kansas City, KS, passed away Dec. 10, 2015. Visitation will be 6 pm to 8 pm, Tuesday, Dec. 15, with a Pomen (prayer service) at 7 pm at Skradski Funeral Home, 340 N. 6th KCKS. The funeral service will be Wed. at 10 am Dec. 16, at St. Archangel Michael Serbian Orthodox Church, 310 N. 72nd St., KCKS. Archpriest Radomir Chkautovich will be officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Hospice Partners of Kansas or to St. Archangel Michael Serbian Orthodox Church, KCKS.
Babe was born April 14, 1932 to Rade and Milica (Jaksich) Supica. She and her husband, the late Robert "Rex" Rogers, were founding members of St. Archangel Michael Serbian Orthodox Church. She was a church board member and active in the choir. She was employed by Deluxe Corp for many years.
Babe was preceded in death by her parents, husband Rex, brother Milan and sister Sophia. Surviving are her sister Mary Supica, KCKS, nieces; Michelle Herron, Jennifer (Lance) Vogel, Kathy Hampton and nephew Mike (Stacy) Supica.
