Margaret T. Bozich, 79, passed away July 4, 2021. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 14th from 5:30-7:30PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 11311 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, Ks. Mass of Christian Burial is Thursday, July 15th at 11:00AM also at St. Joseph. Inurnment to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Lenexa, KS. Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Margaret was born January 25, 1942 in Girard, KS to John and Cecilia (Daly) Stahl. She graduated from St. Marys High School in Pittsburg, KS in 1960. Margaret met the love of her life Ronald George Bozich and they were married December 28th, 1963. God blessed them with two sons, Ronald David and Mark Timothy. Margaret worked for Bristol-Myers Squibb and Acosta Sales & Marketing (FKA Eisenhart), retiring in 2014. After retirement, she loved working out, daily mass, traveling and enjoying time with family & friends. Margaret loved going to Taco Tuesday and going to the local wineries with her girlfriends. After Margaret was diagnosed with bile duct cancer, she moved in with Mark for 3.5 months. She was very happy living with him and it was a time enjoyed together by both.
Margaret had many hobbies, but she lived for her family and God. Some of her hobbies included going on weekend trips with the Early Ford V-8 Club in their 1950 Ford, boating on various lakes, and attending the yearly Ice Cream Social at St. John the Baptist. Margaret loved attending all of her grandchildrens milestone events and sporting events. She loved watching every game of her beloved Royals and Chiefs. Margaret was a member of St Joseph Catholic Church. She was also a member of the German American Club of Shawnee and the American Legion Post 327. Margaret loved life and enjoyed the company of everyone. She made an impact on everyone with her gentleness, kindness and patience.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Ronald George Bozich. Survivors include sons Ronald David Bozich (Donna), Shawnee, KS and Mark Timothy Bozich, Shawnee, KS and Margarets grandchildren Matthew, Brett & Jenna Bozich also of Shawnee, KS. Other survivors include siblings Kathleen Eichhorn, (Shawnee, KS), Mary Olson, (Olathe, KS), Frances Moorhead (Albuquerque, NM), Patricia Busse, (Lakewood, CA) and John Stahl (NM), her brother-in-law, Gerald Lee Bozich (Spring Hill, KS) and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
