John E. Brunski, 80, passed away July 16, 2015. Visitation will be held from 5-7:00pm Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at Skradski Funeral Home, 340 N. 6th St., Kansas City, KS where the rosary will be prayed at 6:30pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am, Thursday at St. Charles Boromeo Church, 900 NE Shady Ln Dr, Kansas City, MO 64118. Interment will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Kansas City, KS. Memorial contributions may be made to Bishop Ward High School or St. Jude Childrens Hospital. John was born July 28, 1934 in Kansas City, KS to John Joseph and Katherine Brunski. He was a graduate of Bishop Ward High School and served in the US Army. He retired from the Union Pacific Railroad. John was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Church, a member of the Knights of Columbus and ran the St Vincent de Paul Food Pantry @ St Charles Boromeo. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Rose Anne Robinson and Catherine Crowley. Survivors include a sister, Geraldine (Leo) McGraw; nieces and nephews; Deron McGraw, Chris (Gerry) McGraw, David Crowley, Philip Crowley, Thomas Crowley, Laura Crowley, Ruth Ann Springsteen, Robbie (Helen)Robinson, Michael (Diane) Robinson, Charles Patrick (Donna) Robinson, Diane Middendorf and Patricia (Don) Solomon; many great nieces and nephews.
