Helen M. Ferbezar,89, of Kansas City, KS passed away peacefully Friday, March 27, 2015. Helen was born Feb. 1, 1921 in K.C, KS to Anton and Mary (Cop) Pajnich. She worked several years at Brand and Puritz Garment Co. and then at Fashion Bilt until her retirement in 1988. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and the Croatian Fraternal Lodge.
Helen is survived by her son Mark Ferbezar and daughter, Jane Ferbezar; five grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. Preceding her in death was her husband, Frank; brother, Tony Pajnic and sister, Rosemary Stampfel.
Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM Monday, March 30 at Holy Family Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Entombment will follow in Mt. Calvary Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the church or to Sacred Heart Hospice.
