Helen F. Andalikiewicz, 89 of Kansas City, Kansas passed away Sunday, November 13, 2016, at Trinity Nursing & Rehab in Merriam, KS. Visitation will be 5-7 PM Wed. Nov. 16th at Skradski Funeral Home, 340 N. 6th, KCK, with Rosary at 6:30 PM. Mass of Christian Burial is Thurs. Nov. 17th at 10:00 AM at the Cathedral of St. Peter, 409 North 15th, KCK. Burial to follow at Shawnee Mission Memorial Gardens. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Church or Catholic Community Hospice.
Helen was born June 22, 1927 in KCK, to George and Ann (Honick) Marchin. She was the loving wife to Joseph Andalikiewicz, Sr. raising three children together. Helen worked as a packer for National Biscuit Co., was a member of Cathedral of St. Peter Parish and a former member of St. Cyril & Methodius Church and its Altar Society. Family meant everything to Helen, you would leave her house feeling loved and full from her wonderful cooking and baking.
Preceding her in death were her parents and five siblings. She is survived by her husband and sons, Joseph Andalikiewicz Jr, & Linda, Thomas Andalikiewicz & Kathy, daughter, Susan Toedtmann & Merrell, all of Shawnee, sister, Mary Ragan, nine Grandchildren and seven Great-Grandchildren.
