Hector Manuel Delgado

Hector Manuel Delgado, 55 of Kansas City, Kansas passed away Monday July 12, 2021 surrounded by his family at home. A Visitation will be Sunday July 18, 2021 from 1-5 PM at Skradski Funeral Home, 340 N. 6th, KCKS. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, 10:30 AM at St. Mary/St. Anthony Catholic Church, 615 N. 7th, KCKS. Burial to follow at Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, KCKS.
Hector was born September 5, 1965 to Hector and Petra (Cervantes) Delgado in La Junta, Chihuahua, Mexico. He came to the USA in 1984 to build a new life. Hector met his wife Josefina and were married in 1985, they raised four children together on Strawberry Hill. He was a very hard worker, his last business before he became ill from the terrible disease of cancer was house flipping. Hector was very humble, caring and a good provider. His family will dearly miss him.
Surviving him are his mother Petra and wife Josefina, sons; Pablo Rodriguez, Marco Delgado, and Carlos Delgado, daughters; Lizett and Gabriela Delgado, grandsons; Hector, Fernando and Esteban, a nephew Oscar Lara and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his father Hector.
