Dragutin "Charlie" Car, 86 of Kansas City, Kansas, passed away September 13, 2019. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 17th from 10:00 to 11:00 AM with Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 708 N. 4th, KCKS. Burial to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, KCKS.
Dragutin was born in Lipnik, Croatia August 25, 1933 to Stjepan and Marija (Yarmek) Car. He immigrated to the US in 1976 where he became a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Dragutin worked as a shoemaker for many years.
Preceding him were his parents and wife Marija (Volaric) Car (2016). He is survived by his brother and his family, Frank and Nada Carr, nephews Steve & Sanja and and their son Jordon.
